Electronics Business Unit - Development Department

Scope:

• The co-op student will support ongoing development projects and open projects within the Mechanical Development group.
• This program is designed to prepare students for future full-time positions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Learn about the design and development of electro-mechanical junction boxes.
2. Create and maintain 3D fuse box designs design changes and drawings using Unigraphics NX.
3. Interpret maintain and develop schematics and bills of materials (BOMs).
4. Prepare materials for testing and provide support during testing activities.
5. Work with the team on continuous improvement activities.
6. Support open projects within the Mechanical Development group.

Qualifications Required:

• Undergraduate level enrolled in Mechanical Engineering curriculum.
• A junior-level student is preferred; sophomores and possibly seniors may also be considered.
• Unigraphics (NX) experience required.
• Minimum overall G.P.A. of 3.0.
• Good English language skills both written and verbal.
• 15 hours minimum during the school months (Day Shift Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm ET)
• The candidate must be able to start working as a co-op student during the fall 2026 semester.
