Mechanical Engineer

• Responsible for contributing to the design and development of new enclosed drive (panel) products and existing panel product maintenance.
• Research design evaluate mechanical and electromechanical products equipment systems and processes
• Prepare designs specifications and recommendations for development of new and maintenance of existing enclosed drive products and panels
• Confer with engineers or other personnel to implement operating procedures resolve system malfunctions or provide technical information
• Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions and to reduce cost
• Conduct research that tests or analyzes the feasibility design operation or performance of equipment components or systems
• Participate in the construction and testing of prototype products.

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 years of experience in product design and development in a global organization including work with internal and external customers regarding product design specifications.
• 2 years of experience in product maintenance and cost reductions.
• 2 years of experience in Creo (ProE) and other 3D CAD system.
• 2 years of experience utilizing product and/or safety standards (e.g. UL508A or UL).
