Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for making a feasible safe and sound mechanical system design of a given project with heavy emphasis in commercial and healthcare related projects
- Design & develop full set of Commercial Mechanical drawings including HVAC fire protection gas and plumbing systems
- Represent company and interact with contracts/ subcontractors and clients regularly
- Development of system narratives (writing organizing the document develop concepts)
- Utilize programs such as AutoCAD Revit and Excel daily
Required Work Experience/Skills:
- 8 years of experience as an Mechanical Engineer working within building design
- Demonstrated experience working in healthcare medical or hospital design is a MAJOR PLUS
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field (BSME BSMET) a MUST
- PE (Professional Engineer) is a MAJOR PLUS
