As a Mechanical Assembler youll help build and assemble critical power management and control systems used in data centers utilities and industrial power applications. Youll join a fast-growing team in a modern facility where safety quality teamwork and continuous improvement are key. Production begins in Fall 2026 creating exciting opportunities for career growth in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment.

Shift:6:00am - 2:30pm
Job Summary
The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for the large form assembly of switch gear equipment and systems for data center applications ensuring all products are built in accordance with engineering drawings work instructions quality standards and customer specifications. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical assembly of components subassemblies and finished products using hand tools lifting equipment and assembly documentation.
- Interpret and follow technical drawings work instructions visual aids and verbal directions to ensure accurate assembly.
- Conduct in-process inspections and functional testing to verify product quality and workmanship.
- Utilize barcode scanners torque tools rivet guns and other production equipment as required.
- Accurately track production progress and maintain required documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and delivery commitments.
- Promote and maintain a safe organized and efficient work environment by adhering to 5S and safety standards.
- Identify and communicate quality productivity and process improvement opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of manufacturing assembly production or similar hands-on technical experience preferred.
- Ability to read and understand assembly instructions technical documentation and visual work aids.
- Proficiency in the safe use of hand tools and material handling equipment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows-based systems.
- Strong attention to detail quality and safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment manage changing priorities and work overtime as required.
- Ability to stand walk bend perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
