Mechanic Fleet & Equipment Maintenance

Location:Winter Haven FL
Schedule:MondayThursday 7:00 AM5:30 PM Fridays as needed
Job Type:Full-Time

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for maintaining and repairing vehicles and equipment Join our team as a Mechanic where youll play a key role in keeping our fleet and tools in top condition across multiple locations.

What Youll Do:

• Use computerized diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot vehicle and equipment issues
• Perform hands-on repairs: brake pads tires hydraulic pumps mower blades filters etc.
• Complete routine maintenance: oil changes filter replacements blade sharpening etc.
• Conduct safety inspections of vehicles and 2-cycle equipment at Winter Haven and 5 branch locations
• Maintain accurate daily records for repairs receipts and operating expenses
• Keep the shop service truck and inventory organized and clean
• Operate skid steers loaders and tree lifts (a plus not required)

• 2-Cycle Equipment:Stihl weed eaters edgers blowers chainsaws
• Lawn Mowers:eXmark & Wright Stander
• Vehicles:Ford International Isuzu Nissan Dodge
• Loaders:Kubota & John Deere
• Trailers:Lawn trailers and goosenecks
• Hydraulics: Pumps and lines

Requirements:

• Strong diagnostic and technical repair skills
• Experience with a wide range of landscaping and vehicle equipment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in varying weather conditions
• Detail-oriented with a clean and safety-focused work style
• Valid drivers license (CDL a plus)
