If you are a licensed clinician with supervisory experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for supporting crisis response teams we invite you to join our team as a Mobile Crisis Triage this role youll provide leadership coordination and clinical oversight for BHNs Adult and Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention Teams.

What Youll Do:

As a Triage Supervisor you will oversee a team of Triage Clinicians and ensure a rapid compassionate response to individuals in crisis by managing the flow of crisis calls and ensuring appropriate assignments of mobile assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of Bachelor s-level Triage Counselors.
• Manage and coordinate incoming crisis assessment requests across AMCI and YMCI teams.
• Monitor the phone dashboard mobile team movement and call quality during shifts.
• Assign crisis staff to cases based on triage guidelines and shift needs.
• Provide real-time oversight and leadership to ensure shift productivity.
• Ensure mobile assessments are prioritized and promptly assigned.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Central Intake Co-Response Supervisors and MCI staff.
• Model professionalism teamwork and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintain communication with leadership and participate in supervision and quality assurance initiatives.

What Youll Bring:

• Masters Degree in a mental health-related field (required).
• LICSW or LMHC licensure (required).
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience and 2 years of supervisory experience (required).
• Expertise in clinical triage crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
• Excellent time management communication and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with Recovery-Oriented models and community-based behavioral health services.
• Ability to lead diverse teams make timely decisions and maintain a calm solution-focused presence.
