This position reports directly to the Human Resources Generalist

Functional and technical knowledge of a wide range of workstations equipment machines and roles throughout the facility

Description of Duties:
Help Trainer prepare daily activities for new hires
Help train new hires on the production floor training line and throughout the facility
Act as back-up for New Hire Orientation (NEO) facilitator
Responsible for security cleanliness and 6S organization of training area(s) and maintaining inventory accuracy
Lead new employees to ensure skills development and safety objectives are achieved
Motivate new employees to perform their best and familiarize them with MasterBrand practices organizational culture processes and policies
Effectively partner with plant leadership and other HR staff to anticipate and respond to training and staffing needs
Assist with hiring events and employee engagement activities
Participates in physical inventory
Occasionally work overtime and weekends
Other duties as assigned
