• Teach in-center using the Mathnasium Method terminology and teaching practices
• Collaborate with the team to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students progress and engagement during sessions
• Motivate students with real-world fun examples

• Strong math skills from Kindergarten through Algebra I (preference for those who can teach Algebra and beyond including Pre-Calculus and ACT/SAT)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for working with kids
• Ability to pass a background check
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Availability for 2 afternoon shifts (Sun-Thur 3-4hrs)
• All applicants must complete a math literacy test to demonstrate proficiency

Thus each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center.
