Material Planning Coordinator II (On-site)

Our client is seeking an experienced Material Planning Coordinator II to support material planning inventory control and hardware movement throughout a repair facility.

• Track hardware through factory and repair areas using internal systems
• Prepare and monitor material requisitions and schedules
• Coordinate material movement between purchasing warehouse engineering and production
• Maintain accurate material and engineering documentation
• Generate material planning scheduling and hardware status reports
• Support the depot repair process and administrative functions

Qualifications:

• Active Secret security clearance required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with material planning hardware tracking or production support preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency preferred
• Oracle or other MRP system experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
