Starting Hourly Pay: $22.47/hour $2.00/hour Shift Differential

As a Material Handler you will lead the movement of physical inventory unload and load trailers and perform digital inventory tracking to support overall site success. If you are an organized problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Material Movement: Safely transport raw materials work-in-process (WIP) and finished goods between receiving storage and production areas.
Trailer & Freight Handling: Safely load and unload trucks/tankers and verify physical shipments against shipping and receiving paperwork.
Inventory Accuracy: Perform digital inventory transactions (MFG Pro/ERP) conduct physical cycle counts and actively resolve stock discrepancies.
Continuous Improvement & Safety: Maintain 5S housekeeping standards promote safety practices and support facility recycling efforts.
Team Collaboration: Communicate shift updates assist cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills & Aptitude: Strong mathematical and technical aptitude with proficiency in computer data entry/ERP systems (MFG Pro preferred).

Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime as needed to support customer demand.
Preferred Experience
3 years in material handling shipping/receiving or warehouse logistics.
Experience operating forklifts/material handling equipment.
Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement principles (ELS / 5S).
