WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
The Material Handler is responsible for sorting and taking apart various electronics while focusing on efficiency to ensure a consistent flow of product is generated to meet daily production goals.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT
Use electric and hand tools to take apart various electronics.
Remove focus materials from various electronics and place them in designated containers.
Maintain pace to meet daily production goals.
Understand and follow written and verbal work instructions and safety standards including all federal state and local laws regulations and company driving policies.
Secure cargo for transport using appropriate methods.
Weigh in material and place it in its designated area.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any safety issues immediately.
Maintain company equipment inside and out to ensure both cleanliness and safety.
Properly handle and process batteries when needed.
Remain aware of details that cause specific boards to meet certain criteria for grading when sorting circuit boards.
Interact in person with coworkers and the public.
Handle high-stress situations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Basic requirements:
Minimum of 6 months forklift experience (preferred); must be able to be licensed to operate a forklift.
Physical requirements:
Stand and/or walk for the duration of the shift on the floor or raised platforms.
Perform constant repeating motions that may include the wrists hands and/or fingers.
Occasionally adjust or move objects up to 50 pounds in all directions with assistance.
Meet specific vision requirements including color depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Routinely perform repetitive movements such as bending twisting reaching and lifting.
Lift carry and position material weighing up to 50 lbs with assistance.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) in the production department and other designated areas.

Pay: $18/hour plus discretionary bonuses
Schedule: MondayFriday 7:30 AM4:00 PM
Weekly pay
16 days of PTO in the first year;401(k) with match starting Day 1
Medical dental and vision coverage effective the 1st of the month after hire
HSA with company contribution FSA and wellness premium discount
Company-paid life insurance short- and long-term disability pet insurance parental leave and tuition reimbursement
