Job Summary
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm OT as needed.
What you will do
Under general supervision responsible for performing the physical and/or administrative tasks involved in the receiving storing and distributing of materials parts and supplies along with maintaining records of materials/inventory.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)
- Supports production material requirement needs
- Maintains records of received goods alerting appropriate personnel to inspect unsatisfactory items when necessary
- Will lift and move heavy items and may operate a forklift
- May prepare goods for final shipment and/or production assembly
- May examine stock and/or distribute goods in inventory and/or in other areas
- May enter information into the inventory management system
- May train others in distribution related tasks and inventory control methods and practices
- Assists in physical inventories
- Performs periodic cycle counts on a pre-determined basis
- Determine part disposition
- Assists in inventory accuracy control and reduction
- Performs periodic cycle counts on a pre-determined basis
- On-time completion of required training
What you need
Preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or Warehouse environment
$22.10/hr plus bonus potential and benefits.
