Material Handler Distribution Associate II

Seeking a Material Handler with strong shipping and receiving skills to support warehouse operations for a global climate control products manufacturer.

As a Material Handler (Distribution Associate II) you will assist with the shipment and receipt of materials supplies equipment and finished products. This role requires forklift operation verifying shipments packing items routing materials and maintaining accurate records in a warehouse setting.

• POSITION: Right to Hire
• PAY RATE: 23.25 hour

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other powered equipment safely.
• Perform manual and clerical duties related to shipment and receipt of materials supplies equipment and finished products.
• Receive goods verify items against shipment records and inspect their condition.
• Gather verify and pack items for shipment according to specifications and transportation methods.
• Record received and shipped items following established procedures.
• Route materials supplies and equipment to inspection or stock areas.
• Complete written and computerized documentation accurately.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience (standup and/or sitdown) required.
• Steel toe boots required.
• Successful completion of drug test and background check required.
