The Material Handler III Stores WIP performs advanced material movement and inventory control tasks supporting production operations. Working under guidance from supervision and work queue assignments issued by the Stores Lead this role follows work instruction procedures and executes a wide variety of tasks involving the movement of materials from Stores to the production floor. This position ensures accuracy compliance and timely flow of materials throughout the site.

This is a first-shift onsite position located at the Raytheon Dine Facility in Farmington NM.

RTX Dine Facility adheres to the Navajo Nation Preference in Employment Act regarding recruitment and hiring practices.

What You Will Do:
Perform kitting material handling and presentation of parts to production operators at designated pointofuse locations.
Execute inventory and material control tasks including proper material packaging and issuing material based on parts lists.
Operate forklifts dollies and other equipment to transport material within the factory.
Determine proper material storage locations primarily in lineflow staging and pointofuse areas.
Coordinate and monitor material availability to support workflow; assist with scheduling and prioritizing activities in assigned areas.
Expedite material as needed to ensure continuous production flow.
Perform physical and cycle counts; investigate and resolve inconsistencies.
Identify process issues or delays and communicate effectively with leadership.
Maintain records accurately and ensure work correctness.
Follow all operating procedures safety requirements and environmental regulations.
Provide peer guidance to Material Handler I/II staff.
Perform other duties as assigned to maintain product flow.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in material handling warehouse operations or a related field.
U.S. citizenship is required due to access restrictions under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer:
Valid state drivers license.
Analytical and interactive skills; computer literacy is required.
Proficiency with inventory systems and basic computer applications (MS Word Excel Windows 95 or newer database/test software).
Ability to understand and follow written instructions.
Ability to function effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Customerfocused well organized and capable of multitasking.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide status updates as needed.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities such as standing sitting walking bending and stooping for extended periods.

Able to work in hot and cold working conditions as required.
