Become a Key Player as a Material Coordinator

You will help ensure the right materials arrive when production needs them by managing receiving inventory and supplier coordination. You will support production and procurement stakeholders through accurate confirmations and cycle counts. This is an onsite role (first shift) with occasional weekend and holiday support.

Heres How Youll Make an Impact on the Team

• Verify shipper confirmations in POPS and MSS and enter shipment confirmations into AMAPS
• Perform inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy
• Monitor stock levels and update ERP systems with receiving and inventory data
• Coordinate with vendors and purchasing to expedite deliveries and resolve shipment issues
• Generate MRP reports to forecast raw material needs based on production demand
• Inspect incoming goods and ensure proper storage and handling

Heres What Youll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 25 years of experience in inventory control warehousing or procurement
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills to resolve supply chain bottlenecks quickly
• Background in administrative tasks or inventory processes

Heres What Else Might Help You Out

• Experience in a manufacturing setting
• Familiarity with ERP systems MRP reporting and inventory software
• Prior exposure to POPS MSS or AMAPS systems

Pay Range

$19.00/hour
