Job Description:

The Semiconductor Facility Electrician is responsible for installing maintaining troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and equipment within a semiconductor manufacturing facility. This position supports facility infrastructure production equipment and construction projects while ensuring compliance with safety electrical and environmental standards.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 15 years of comercial industrial or semiconductor electrical experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings schematics and construction plans
• Support tool installations and equipment hookups for semiconductor manufacturing and facility
• Proficiency using electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial equipment systems.
• Knowledge of Installation maintenance and repair electrical of systems including power distribution lighting motor controls transformers switchgear and control circuits.
• Experience with electrical installation and connect conduit cable trays wiring panels and electrical equipment.
• systems.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility electrical infrastructure
• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and work closely with mechanical facilities engineering teams.
• Follow all semiconductor facility safety requirements including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) electrical safety and cleanroom protocols.
• Ensure compliance with NEC OSHA local building codes and company standards.
• Ability to work from ladders lifts and elevated platforms.
• Ability to work in cleanroom and industrial environments.
• Ability to stand walk bend and work in confined spaces as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Semiconductor manufacturing facility experience.
• Experience supporting tool installation.
• Knowledge of PLCs automation systems and industrial controls.
• Experience working in cleanroom environments.
• Familiarity with medium-voltage power systems and critical facility infrastructure.
