Master Assembler - Releasing Bristol IN (Main)
Regular Employee Hourly Non-Exempt $26.00 - 26.00
What youll do:
- Must be able to follow instructions (both verbal & written) fluent in advanced print reading with limited information work individually and in a team setting.
- Must be able to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
- Troubleshoot and Repair assigned work.
- Must be proficient in work areas in Zones 1 2 4 & 5 to fill as needed to meet daily production goals.
- Update work order information in Aurora.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and written.
- Perform as a team member which requires the ability to learn perform and rotate to other workstations.
- Perform the above within acceptable quality quantity performance and safety standards.
What you need to be successful:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must be mechanically inclined and skilled with hand air and power tools.
- Must perform work proficiently and be detail oriented.
- Understand and uphold Quality Assurance standards.
- Must be flexible to work any zone.
- Must have strong computer skills using MS Office knowledge of Aurora is a plus.

- Chassis Prep (Elec. & Risers)
- Interior track set for roll-up door
- Cab front floor build
- Hood set
- A/C training
- Bumper set - HV 14
- Cowl set & prep
- Rear door set
- HVAC install & hose routing
- Sealing - basics
- Sidewall set
- All shelving
- Station 3 - Install door less panel
- Installation of bumpers - HV29
- Station 3 - Install seatbelt bracket
- Dash installation
- Station 3 - slider doors
- Auxiliary heater installation
- Fuel fill A/C charge - class training
- Roof build
- All cab options
