The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Project Manager for the Defense Intelligence Agencys (DIAs) Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS) Program.

More About the Role:

As the selected representative you will assist with managing MARS projects to ensure production schedules are met system resources are utilized effectively and proper relationships are established within the intelligence community their supported customers and our FVEY Partners.


Responsibilities:

  • Support MARS capability development modernization innovation and user adoption.

  • Coordinate with and streamline communications between all stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of MARS Agile Software development and methodologies.

  • Professional knowledge of Foundational Military Intelligence (FMI) and its processes

  • Experience with the approval processes and implementation of ATOs APIs and FTPs

  • Professional knowledge of and interaction with our FVEY partners

  • Security Classification guidelines as it pertains to the IC as disseminated by ODNI


Qualifications:

Required:

  • Current Top-Secret clearance with the ability to receive Specialized Compartmented Information (SCI) and the ability to obtain and maintain a DIA Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

  • Experience supervising intelligence analysis projects.

  • Experience utilizing the DIAs Modern Integrated Data Base (MIDB) and familiarization with MARS.


Desired:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience conducting intelligence analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

  • Bachelors degree in a related field.

  • PMP CAPM or equivalent

  • Active DIA CI Poly
