KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• All-Star Service: Greet every guest and teammate with a winning smile and friendly energy making every moment memorable.
• Key & Ticket Wizard: Juggle keys and valet tickets with finesse keeping everything organized and in its perfect place.
• Parking Superstar: Park and retrieve vehicles with style and care following every rule and making sure each ride is safe and sound.
• Ultimate Guest Hero: Go above and beyondhelp with luggage shuttle guests in oversized rides direct traffic and answer phones with top-notch courtesy.
• Curbside Champion: Keep the curb looking sharp and the operation running clean all while delivering the Aimbridge Hospitality touch and adapting to whatever the day brings.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent required and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• Valid state drivers license with an acceptable driving record (MVR); able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Strong ability to multitask work efficiently under pressure and maintain composure in stressful situations.
• Excellent communication skills positive attitude and commitment to company policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
