A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Marketing Technology Sourcing Manager
Position type: Full-time Contract (W2)
Duration: 12 months
Location: Charlotte NC 3 days on-site (Hybrid) role

As a Marketing Technology Sourcing Manager you will:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for Marketing and Public Affairs technologies and services.
Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies across MarTech and AdTech portfolios.
Manage procurement initiatives involving marketing technology digital media creative services communications research events and sponsorships.
Identify cost-saving opportunities supplier consolidation strategies and value creation initiatives.
Conduct MarTech stack assessments to identify redundant tools optimize licensing and improve technology utilization.
Support contract renewals competitive sourcing exercises and supplier selection processes.
Lead supplier negotiations and commercial discussions to achieve favorable business outcomes.
Evaluate supplier proposals and provide recommendations based on commercial operational and risk considerations.
Negotiate SaaS subscription-based and usage-based technology agreements.
Manage service levels renewal terms service credits and professional services contracts.
Drive commercial value while balancing business objectives compliance requirements and risk management.
Negotiate provisions related to AI-enabled solutions and emerging technology platforms.
Ensure appropriate controls for data privacy security governance and responsible AI usage.
Manage supplier risk sub processor oversight and data portability considerations.
Partner closely with Marketing Public Affairs Technology Legal Finance Risk and Procurement teams.
Provide strategic sourcing guidance and category expertise to business stakeholders.
Align supplier strategies with enterprise objectives and regulatory requirements.
Drive supplier performance improvements and ongoing category governance activities.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in Technology Procurement with a focus on Marketing Technology sourcing and category management.
Experience in Strategic Sourcing Procurement and Category Management.
Knowledge of MarTech platforms and associated supplier ecosystems.
Experience negotiating complex SaaS cloud subscription and technology agreements.
Vendor and Supplier Relationship Management experience.
Contract Negotiation and Commercial Management expertise.
Experience managing RFP RFQ and RFI processes from strategy through execution.
Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) Marketing Clouds and Customer Engagement Platforms.
Experience with Marketing Analytics Attribution Personalization and Customer Insight technologies.
Background in cost optimization spend management and supplier consolidation initiatives.
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across Marketing Legal Finance Risk Procurement and Technology functions.
Knowledge of data privacy security regulatory compliance and risk management practices.
Good communication negotiation presentation and stakeholder management abilities.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $53 - $58 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
