Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist NPI (New Product Introduction) Campaigns drives the successful broad-market launch of new Renesas products. Within the UX Marketing organization you will plan coordinate and execute integrated marketing communications campaigns that build awareness spark engagement and drive lead generation across our product groups.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaign plans across advertising email social media blogs collateral web and other digital channels.
• Partner with product marketing and cross-functional teams including graphics web email events PR and social media to coordinate campaign deliverables and timelines.
• Contribute to the development of product launch messaging and campaign positioning based on guidance from key stakeholders.
• Create and coordinate marketing communications content including email digital advertising landing pages web content and promotional materials.
• Track campaign activities project milestones and deliverables to help ensure launches are completed according to schedule.
• Coordinate cross-functional campaign meetings document actions and follow up with stakeholders on assigned deliverables.
• Support event-related marketing activities including messaging communications materials and event logistics as required.
• Use marketing analytics and reporting tools to develop campaign summaries and monitor key performance indicators.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve messaging content or campaign execution

Qualifications :

• Approximately 2 years of relevant marketing communications project coordination or related professional experience preferred. Candidates with relevant graduate education internships or substantial project-based experience may also be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively organize priorities and solve routine project or execution challenges independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously while maintaining attention to deadlines and detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare and present information to internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional collaborative environment and coordinate activities across different teams
• Demonstrated ability to follow projects and deliverables through completion and proactively follow up with contributors to maintain project timelines.
• Comfortable working within established marketing processes while adapting to changing priorities and business requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint Excel Word and SharePoint or comparable productivity platforms.
• Prior exposure to digital marketing campaigns content development marketing automation web content events or campaign analytics is preferred.
• Experience in B2B technology semiconductor electronics or other technical industries is preferred but not required.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related discipline preferred; relevant graduate education is a plus.
