Miracle Kids Success Academy (MKSA) and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA) are looking for a creative energetic and relationship-driven Marketing Coordinator to help expand our reach throughout Northwest and Central Arkansas.

This is more than a traditional marketing position. It is an opportunity to represent a meaningful mission build lasting community partnerships and connect children and families with services that can make a lifelong difference.

The ideal candidate is outgoing innovative and excited to turn ideas into action. You will represent MKSA and KULA in the communities we serve develop relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners strengthen our social media presence and create outreach strategies that support enrollment across multiple locations.

About MKSA and KULA

Miracle Kids Success Academy and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy provide Early Intervention Day Treatment services to children with developmental disabilities developmental delays and medical needs.

Our multidisciplinary teams support children experiencing:

  • Fine and gross motor delays

  • Speech and language delays

  • Sensory processing needs

  • Feeding disorders

  • Cognitive and developmental delays

  • Hearing disorders

  • Medical needs

Our mission is to provide individualized patient-centered care that helps children develop important skills gain greater independence and build a strong foundation for the future. The Marketing Coordinator plays an essential role in sharing that mission and ensuring families and referral partners understand the services available in their communities.

Position Purpose

The Marketing Coordinator supports enrollment growth social media engagement physician relations community awareness and referral development throughout Northwest and Central Arkansas.

This position assists with the development implementation and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for MKSA and KULA. The Marketing Coordinator collaborates with clinic leaders healthcare providers community organizations and referral partners to increase awareness and connect more families with the care their children need.

What Youll Do
Build Meaningful Community Relationships
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians healthcare providers schools community leaders and referral partners.

  • Represent MKSA and KULA at community events networking opportunities health fairs and outreach activities.

  • Identify new referral sources and create opportunities to introduce community partners to our programs and services.

  • Serve as a knowledgeable professional and enthusiastic representative of MKSA and KULA.

Bring Creative Marketing Ideas to Life
  • Coordinate the execution of the organizations marketing plan and strategy.

  • Develop innovative campaigns and outreach programs for the communities we serve.

  • Create location-specific strategies designed to increase awareness referrals and enrollment.

  • Help develop promotional materials presentations event concepts and community-engagement initiatives.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities and recommend adjustments based on results.

Strengthen Our Digital Presence
  • Support the development and execution of engaging social media content.

  • Promote clinic activities organizational events educational resources employee highlights and community partnerships.

  • Help ensure public-facing content is timely accurate professional and consistent with the MKSA and KULA brands.

  • Identify creative opportunities to expand online engagement and reach more families.

Partner With Our Clinics
  • Collaborate with clinic directors and organizational leaders to understand enrollment goals and community needs.

  • Develop marketing initiatives tailored to the needs of individual locations.

  • Maintain consistent communication with clinic leadership regarding outreach efforts referral relationships and upcoming events.

  • Provide hands-on support for major events campaigns and community activities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in marketing communications public relations business healthcare administration or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

  • At least one year of marketing communications community outreach business development physician relations or related experience.

  • Experience with social media community engagement customer service or healthcare marketing is preferred.

  • Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Creativity initiative and the ability to turn ideas into effective marketing activities.

  • Excellent planning organization and time-management skills.

  • The ability to manage multiple projects deadlines events and locations.

  • A professional dependable and positive approach.

  • Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills.

  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a larger team.

  • A valid drivers license and the ability to travel throughout Northwest and Central Arkansas as required.
