Commercial Placement Specialist / Marketing Coordinator

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Placement Specialist / Marketing Coordinator to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. This role focuses on mid-market and complex accounts including large energy oil & gas construction and risk management portfolios. You will play a critical role in marketing negotiating and managing new and renewal business accounts with premiums exceeding $500000.

• Market and negotiate new and renewal business accounts with carriers.
• Handle complex accounts including large deductibles and risk management portfolios.
• Prepare and send proposals to carriers and coordinate with the service team.
• Manage approximately 5-10 accounts per month ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Utilize software tools such as Sagitta ImageRight and Excel to support daily operations.
• Maintain a high level of organization and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Texas is required. Professional designations are highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with a strong preference for candidates with expertise in large complex accounts.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sagitta ImageRight Excel and email communication tools.
• Attributes: Strong negotiation skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Work Environment: Flexibility to work in-office for the initial training period with the potential for a hybrid schedule thereafter.
