We are seeking a Marketing Capabilities Program Lead - Learning & Engagement to help bring this vision to life. As a key member of the Marketing Capabilities team this role will design and deliver learning programs and experiences through the Marketing & Corporate Affairs Academy (MCE Academy)including developing and curating learning content with subject matter experts driving learner engagement and communications managing program delivery and maintaining the Academy experience.

Responsibilities

Learning Content & Experience

  • Curate and develop high-quality learning content online learning modules toolkits job aids presentations and other performance-support materials.

  • Translate business needs and subject matter expertise into clear engaging and actionable learning experiences.

  • Apply adult learning principles to create practical and business-relevant learning solutions.

  • Leverage generative AI to accelerate content development research curation and learning design.

Communications & Employee Engagement

  • Develop communications and engagement plans that drive awareness participation and adoption of MCE Academy programs.

  • Create learner communications newsletters campaigns and program updates that are clear engaging and audience-focused.

  • Leverage AI to accelerate communications planning content creation and learner engagement.

Program Delivery & Learner Experience

  • Support the design and delivery of learning programs live-virtual events and capability-building initiatives.

  • Manage program plans timelines enrollment communications speakers materials learning platforms and learner support as needed.

  • Partner with Marketing Capabilities team members facilitators subject matter experts and cross-functional partners to ensure successful program delivery.

  • Manage the MCE Academy site ensuring learning pathways resources and program information are current engaging and easy to navigate.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Track participation learner feedback engagement and program outcomes in partnership with the broader team.

  • Use learner insights and program data to improve learner engagement program effectiveness and operational excellence.

  • Provide clear program updates insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Support additional team priorities and special projects as assigned.


Education & Experience Recommended

  • Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Business Human Resources Education Organizational Development or a related field.

  • 58 years of experience in learning and development program management communications employee engagement or a related discipline.

  • Experience managing multiple programs or learning experiences in a fast-paced global matrixed environment.

  • Experience developing and curating learning content and learner resources.

Key Skills

  • Strong AI fluency and an AI-first mindset with demonstrated experience using generative AI to improve work and create content learning experiences or programs.

  • Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Experience developing communications learning campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Strong Learning & Development capabilities including learning content development curation adult learning principles and learner experience.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to confidently host and support live and virtual learning sessions.

  • Strong program management and execution capabilities with excellent attention to detail.

  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) live-virtual learning tools like Zoom and e-learning authoring tools like Rise.

  • Proactive collaborative solutions-oriented and focused on delivering a strong learner experience.

The pay range for this role is $105050 to $161800 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location job-related
knowledge skills and experience.
