Market Manager

Are you a leader who thrives on growing a business developing people and delivering resultsAt Openwork our Market Managers lead both the sales and operations side of the business. They are responsible for growing their market building high-performing teams creating exceptional customer experiences and owning the financial success of their youre a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching teams building client relationships and driving business growth wed love to meet you.

What Youll Do

• Grow the market by developing new business expanding existing client partnerships and identifying new opportunities.
• Lead coach and develop a high-performing sales recruiting and operations team while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Own the markets P&L using financial and operational data to drive performance profitability and long-term growth.
• Build strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and creating staffing solutions that meet their business needs.
• Set clear goals monitor key performance metrics and help your team achieve individual and branch objectives.
• Partner with leadership to execute strategic initiatives and continuously improve branch performance.
• Oversee branch operations including recruiting compliance payroll approvals risk management and overall operational excellence.
• Create an engaging positive culture where employees are empowered to grow succeed and deliver outstanding results.

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience leading a sales staffing recruiting or operations team.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing financial performance budgets or P&L responsibilities.
• A servant leader who enjoys coaching mentoring and developing others.
• Strong decision-making problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
