Market Development Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivatedMarket DevelopmentCoordinatortosupport specification representativesand marketspecificationdevelopment efforts for granite curbing products. This role focuses oncontact identificationcustomer outreach relationshipbuildingandlead tracking.

The ideal candidate is organized professional and comfortable with outbound communication and follow-up in a fast-paced environment. This position works closely with municipalities contractors engineering firms and other industry contacts to help supportspecificationeffortsandidentifyproject opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SpecificationSupport

• Conduct outreach to municipalities contractors engineering firms and public works contacts to support granite curb specificationefforts
• Help build andmaintaincustomer and industry relationships
• Identifyupcoming project opportunitiesinthedesign stageplanning stage andthrough research and directcommunication
• Assistwith distributing product information drawings samples and related materials
• Support outsidespecification representatives with follow-up communicationand scheduling

Contact Identification&CRM Support

• Identifyand research key contacts decision-makers and target accounts to support outside specificationmarket developmentefforts
• Maintainaccuratecontact customer and project information within CRM software
• Schedule meetings presentations and project discussions for the outsidespecificationteam
• Trackspecificationopportunities customer activity and follow-up communication
• Assistwithproduct specification effortssales documentation and general administrative support

Industry Support

• Assistwithpreparation oftrade shows conferences customer presentations and industry events as needed
• Support outreach efforts with industry associations municipal groups and engineering organizations

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Areas of study or experience inarchitecture construction management construction estimating civil engineering engineering technology public works building materials architectural products natural stone inside sales or related fields.
• Comfortable with cold calling andmaintaininga professional phone presence.
• Self-starter with a proactive relationship-building mindset.
• Customer service experience and experience working with CRM systems preferred.
• Strong communication organization and follow-up skills.

POSITION DETAILS

• Job Type: Full-Time Hourly
• Compensation: $21.50 $24.00 per hour (equivalent toapproximately $45000 $50000 annually based on a 40-hour work week)
• Schedule: MondayFriday standard business hours
• Location: On-site Bedford IN 47421
