Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm
OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-time Manufacturing Trainer Recruiter you will be responsible for the oversight of our existing Recruitment plan as well as developing new strategies to attract the highest quality employees for our manufacturing addition this position will work closely with local Technical Colleges for continued success and growth of our sponsorship program as well as identifying opportunities for continuous improvements with our internal training practices. Traveling will be required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
oMaintaining training records
oDeveloping recruitment strategies
oIdentifying new training opportunities for shop floor personnel
oScheduling and conducting interviews
oOrganization and training assistance for outside sales personnel
oMaintaining open communication with local Technical and High Schools
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o 18 years of age or older due to the nature of work
o Possess a current full valid drivers license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle as needed
oPrior manufacturing work experience
o Prior administrative work experience
oExcellent written and oral communication skills
oProficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Demonstrate strong math aptitude attention to detail and sense of urgency
oHighly motivated and self directed with the ability to motivate others
oDemonstrate organization planning and prioritizing abilities
o Exhibit strong problem solving deductive reasoning and decision making skills
o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
oProven reliability with excellent attendance
o Work independently as well as in a team environment
o Willingness to travel
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition innovation integrity and teamwork
oPass the required drug screen (applicable in the US Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
oPrior supervisory or teaching experience
o Possess or are working towards an Associates Degree in Machining OR Possess or are working towards a bachelors degree in Business/Marketing
