Position Summary
The Manufacturing Trainer is responsible for onboarding training and developing manufacturing employees to ensure adherence to safety quality and production standards. This role delivers hands-on training facilitates new hire orientation supports cross-training initiatives and partners with operations leadership to drive workforce readiness and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Site: Byhalia MS

Shift: 6 AM - 2:30 PM Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Deliver instructor-led and hands-on training to production employees technicians and support staff.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and job-specific training programs.
• Train employees on manufacturing processes work instructions quality requirements safety procedures and company systems.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide coaching feedback and retraining as needed.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company customer and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees supervisors managers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to operate a personal computer including Windows-based operating systems and related software.
• Advanced PC skills including experience with Jabil systems and software applications.
• Ability to create and maintain simple training materials correspondence and visual aids.
• Ability to read understand and follow work instructions standard operating procedures and process documentation.
• Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions and train others effectively.
• Ability to work in a standardized manufacturing environment with occasional process variations.
• Ability to add subtract multiply and divide using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate ratio and percent and interpret production and training performance metrics.
