As a Manufacturing Technician youll work hands-on in a cleanroom environment to build and test our multimillion-dollar display and wafer fabrication equipment thats behind the technology we use every day. Youll be responsible for building repairing and testing various types of equipment--including electrical electro-mechanical vacuum and pneumatic assemblies subassemblies and components. You will perform electro-mechanical assembly operations troubleshooting and repairs-- and perform audits to ensure necessary parts are available and inspected for defects. Using test fixtures electronic measurement equipment leak detectors and vacuum pumps youll test assemblies complete documentation perform repairs or install software to continuously improve our processes.Role Responsibilities:
- Use work orders engineering drawings schematics wiring diagrams parts lists bills of material (BOMs) and work instructions to build repair integrate and test electrical electro-mechanical vacuum pneumatic fluid delivery and process equipment assemblies subassemblies and components.
- Assemble and install plumbing skid systems including tubing piping valves regulators fittings filters gauges and other fluid delivery components in accordance with engineering specifications.
- Perform junction box and control enclosure wiring including device installation wire termination cable routing labeling and verification of electrical connections.
- Build and integrate complex electro-mechanical modules requiring interconnection wiring between subsystems cable harness installation point-to-point wiring and system-level integration.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics wiring diagrams mechanical drawings P&IDs and assembly documentation to ensure accurate system assembly and configuration.
- Perform a wide variety of electro-mechanical assembly operations troubleshooting and repairs
- Receive parts and perform audits to ensure all necessary parts are available; inspect parts for defects; troubleshoot and improve processes
- Use test fixtures electronic measurement equipment leak detectors and/or vacuum pumps to test assemblies subassemblies and components
- Complete required job documentation (data entry) about progress work expense and labor details; perform computer programming repair or software installs as needed
- Troubleshoot mechanical electrical pneumatic vacuum and fluid delivery systems to identify and resolve assembly and performance issues.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and serve as an informal resource for junior colleagues
Minimum Qualifications:
- An Associates degree
- 24 years of semiconductor or display experience or comparable industry or military experience
- Related technical trainings and certifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid analytical skills and an ability to problem-solve using established operating procedures or scientific methods
- Demonstrated capability to operate as a peer leader and trainer
- Demonstrated proficiency for required semiconductor manufacturing concepts and processes

Physical Requirements:
This is a physically demanding position that often requires standing for extended periods of time walking working in tight spaces bending squatting twisting kneeling reaching climbing stairs and ladders lifting the ability to distinguish between colors the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise the use of hand and power tools and driving or operating heavy machinery including because this position may involve working in a clean room the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls hoods booties safety glasses gloves respirators chemical aprons and face shields may be required.

NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.
For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
