My client a medical device manufacturer in the Deerfield IL area is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to operate blow-fill-seal (BFS) equipment producing sterile solutions. This is a hands-on production role in a regulated cGMP environment where precision and compliance directly support patient safety.

What youll be doing

• Set up and operate BFS machines and support equipment to produce bottled sterile solutions
• Start up and maintain the purified water system
• Compound solutions according to SOPs and prescribed formulations
• Follow written procedures and maintain Good Manufacturing Practice and documentation compliance
• Support Environmental Health and Safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

About you

• Be able to do the job as described.
• High school diploma or GED; higher education a plus
• Hands-on mechanical experience such as automotive repair filling operations or blow molding
• Comfortable reading blueprints and following written procedures precisely
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
