Job Summary
**10 Hour Days - 6:30am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday**
Are you detail-oriented quality-focused and looking for an opportunity to grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Were seeking aManufacturing Technician to play a key role in producing high-quality products while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
In this position youll work hands-on with a variety of manufacturing and finishing processes ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality standards before shipment. - Inspect and audit products for printing laminating die-cutting and other quality requirements.
- Accurately document production information using labor reporting systems quality forms job tickets and move tags.
- Perform post-printing and finishing operations including:
- Counting and packaging products
- Shrink wrapping
- Hand assembly and application
- Laminating and cutting
- Operating specialized equipment and material handling tools
- Transport materials and products between workstations.
- Follow customer specifications and quality requirements.
- Help maintain an organized clean and safe work environment using 5S practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by sharing ideas and process enhancements.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of chemicals materials and recyclable items.
- Support company quality systems and production standards.
- Exercise quality ownership by identifying concerns and helping resolve issues before products move forward.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and understand production job tickets and work instructions.
- Basic computer skills and ability to enter production data accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work safely and follow PPE housekeeping and manufacturing procedures.
- Ability to meet required visual standards including color differentiation with or without corrective lenses.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
