Manufacturing Specialist

• Promote and support all aspects of workplace health safety and risk management.
• Coordinate production flow within assigned work cells to meet production schedules and throughput goals.
• Maintain hourly production data and identify root causes and corrective actions for production challenges.
• Utilize Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and other company software to support production activities.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide feedback regarding work cell performance and employee development to production leadership.
• Identify concerns with standards work instructions drawings or processes and communicate findings to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain and support 6S workplace organization and compliance standards.
• Assist in directing workflow within assigned production cells and provide support to other production areas as needed.
• Ensure workstations are properly prepared for incoming shifts including tool availability material staging and housekeeping requirements.
• Support surge production demands and assist in meeting critical production deadlines.

• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing assembly production processes quality standards and testing procedures.
• Recognized as a technical resource for production building quality verification and product testing within assigned work cells.
• Ability to train mentor and provide hands-on instruction to new associates.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings diagrams work instructions and technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and quality focus.
• Comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of manufacturing specifications.
• Ability to inspect test troubleshoot and adjust completed units to ensure compliance with customer requirements specifications and tolerances.
• Proficiency with manufacturing software systems and production reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing assembly production or industrial experience required.
• Experience with quality inspection testing and troubleshooting preferred.
• Experience training or mentoring employees in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage workload and meet production schedules.
• Flexible adaptable and capable of performing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to supporting coworkers and achieving production goals.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and quality while working under deadlines.
