For nearly 50 years Gromax has built precision tooling and components for aerospace medical defense and industrial customers. Were looking for a versatile manufacturing professional who can help quote jobs plan production coordinate projects and solve manufacturing challenges.

• Review drawings and customer requirements
• Develop manufacturing plans and job estimates
• Coordinate materials vendors and outside services
• Support production scheduling and project execution
• Work directly with customers machinists and leadership
• Identify problems before they impact production

• Strong blueprint-reading skills
• Understanding of machining and manufacturing processes
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Organized self-motivated and eager to learn
• Experience in machining tooling engineering planning or estimating
