Summary:Prepare prescription lenses for the application of thin-film Class and PayPay Class: Full TimePay: $15.95 - $18.58 per hourEssential Responsibilities:Prioritize job processing flow as dictated by work ticket incoming and outgoing to T-40. Validate correct lenses are with proper work ticketPrioritize backlogged job flow processing using FIFO (First In First Out) loaded basket on ultra-sonic dispersion holder remove basket after basket in oven for degassing clipboard containing corresponding basketwork orders in carousal to be processed by AR ultra-sonic water water filters and osmosis and maintain the cleanliness of all equipment workstations and overall and comply with all requirements of our Quality Management System (QMS) as well as regulations promoting a safe and healthy work place -inspect lenses then properly insert into holders on ultra-sonic insertion correct lenses are with the proper work individual lens surfaces for defects wash lenses to remove all oils and surface -inspect lenses then properly insert into holders on ultra-sonic insertion :High School Diploma GED or equivalent work experience preferredExperience & Background:One (1) to three (3) years of related manufacturing experience preferredEndorsements required for T-40 Operation for use of Ultra Sonic Equipment and Chemicals Language Skills:Ability to read English in order to interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure Skills:Ability General mathematical skills to include basic adding subtracting multiplication and divisionReasoning AbilityAbility to think logically in following procedures and instructionsGeneral problem solving abilitiesExhibit sound and accurate judgment and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughnessEssential Responsibilities related to Physical Demands/Work Environment:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
