Position Summary

MARTIN Technologies is seeking a highly organized technology-driven Manufacturing Operations & Process Coordinator to support manufacturing operations improve production processes and enhance operational efficiency within our Toledo facility.

This role is ideal for someone who is exceptionally computer savvy enjoys working with technology has strong CAD and 3D printing experience and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will coordinate daily operational activities improve manufacturing processes develop production documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives while working closely with operations quality customers and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily manufacturing and operational activities across the facility.
• Develop implement and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Create and maintain production reports dashboards spreadsheets and operational documentation.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency productivity and quality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and best manufacturing practices.
• Design modify and maintain manufacturing fixtures layouts and production support tools using CAD software.
• Operate and maintain 3D printers to produce prototypes fixtures tooling and production aids.
• Utilize AI-powered tools and digital technologies to improve workflows reporting and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with operations quality engineering business development and customer teams to support production goals.
• Assist with workflow improvements facility organization and manufacturing process optimization.
• Support customer production programs and onsite operational activities.
• Maintain accurate production records and process documentation.
• Participate in root cause investigations and corrective action activities.
• Ensure compliance with company quality safety and customer requirements.
• Perform other operational support duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology Industrial Technology Mechanical Technology CAD Design Drafting Technology Product Design Advanced Manufacturing or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations production coordination industrial operations or process improvement.
• Expert-level computer skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks AutoCAD Autodesk Inventor or similar.
• Hands-on experience with 3D printing equipment and additive manufacturing processes.
• Experience creating technical drawings fixtures tooling and production documentation.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations.
• Experience supporting quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Power BI Power Automate or similar reporting tools.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity reporting documentation and process efficiency.
• Experience with ERP or manufacturing software systems.
• Knowledge of 5S Lean Manufacturing Kaizen and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience supporting automotive manufacturing or supplier operations.
