Position Details:
The Manufacturing Operations Support will support all Hand Operations including Heat Treat Cleaning Sort and Deburr processes. Through on-the-job training you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations including performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential for success in this position.

The Manufacturing Operations Support will support all Hand Operations including Heat Treat Cleaning Sort and Deburr processes. Key Responsibilities
- Support Heat Treat Cleaning Sort and Deburr operations.
- Process parts through manual and automated manufacturing operations.
- Perform high-volume visual inspections and part handling.
- Conduct assembly tasks using a microscope.
- Handle part deburring cleaning and sorting activities.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment for part sorting and inspection.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production processes.
- Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
- Experience with high-volume parts inspection and handling.
- Microscopic inspection experience.
- Part deburring cleaning and handling experience.
