My client a specialty chemistry manufacturer in Montana is hiring a Manufacturing Manager to lead site operations across two locations. This is a chance to shape a growing manufacturing organization drive continuous improvement and build a high-performing team.

What youll be doing
- Lead daily manufacturing operations through supervisors and team leads
- Establish and sustain SOPs training programs and safety procedures
- Drive continuous improvement root cause analysis and CAPA processes
- Partner with Quality Engineering Supply Chain and Maintenance on operational challenges
- Hire coach and develop a high-performing manufacturing team
- Track KPIs and drive data-based decisions across the site
About you
- Be able to do the job as described
- Background in medical device pharmaceutical or other highly regulated manufacturing
- Familiarity with ISO 13485:2016 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification a plus
- Experience in cleanroom or custom silicone manufacturing a plus
