Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician I for a contractor onsite position in Phoenix AZ (85040). Please find the details below:
Location: Phoenix AZ
Shift: 3rd Shift 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM
Schedule: 8-hour shifts currently 5 days/week (moving to 6 days/week during busy season)
Overtime: Required during peak season
Work Mode: 100% Onsite
Pay Rate: $32 On W2
This role requires working onsite six days a week during peak season. The position supports maintenance operations to ensure maximum production efficiency quality and safety standards in a world-class manufacturing environment. Candidates must be flexible as schedules may include weekends and overtime.
Key Responsibilities:-
Perform maintenance functions supporting Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs

Complete work orders and summary reports accurately

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas

Follow SOPs for all maintenance processes
