Facilities Technician (Mid Level)
Marlborough MA 01752
Shift: 7AM-3:30PM
Top 3 must haves:
1. Minimum of 5 years experience working as a maintenance technician or skilled trade within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
2. Basic knowledge in two of the following areas: electrical plumbing/pipefitting wastewater operations HVAC-R boilers/steam systems RODI/WFI systems autoclaves Building Management Systems Pumps.
3. Respond to emergencies participating in the rotating on-call program
What Youll Do:
Troubleshoot repair and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility MEP systems including electrical distribution HVAC plumbing boilers compressors pumps and utility systems within a laboratory facility environment.
Perform routine inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs. Documenting all work activities in the CMMS.
Respond to equipment alarms breakdowns and facility emergencies to restore safe operation.
Who You Are:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a facilities or skilled trades maintenance technician in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
Working knowledge in at least two of the following: electrical systems HVACR plumbing/pipefitting boilers/steam systems wastewater systems pumps controls or RODI/WFI.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Client experience preferably Metasys
Laboratory facility experience.
CMMS experience preferably Infor EAM
