You will help improve manufacturing equipment fabrication processes and safety systems to support sustaining and growth efforts. Your work will impact production tooling equipment reliability and new product introductions while collaborating with engineering operations and facilities teams. This is an onsite role working first shift MondayFriday with flexible start times (6:00am4:30pm window).

• Provide expertise to develop and improve engineering solutions for manufacturing new and existing products
• Create upgrade monitor and maintain production tools equipment and limited infrastructure
• Use established procedures to analyze issues make judgments and implement solutions
• Exchange technical information clearly and verify understanding with stakeholders
• Support facilities and equipment maintenance as needed
• Work within standardized procedures requirements and safety policies to meet objectives and deadlines
• Maintain organized records of work performed and exercise independent judgment on matters of significance
• Be available for occasional nights weekends variable schedules and additional hours as necessary

• Minimum 57 years of relevant experience
• Factory / machine shop equipment maintenance experience (high need)
• Advanced fabrication and assembly skills including MIG/TIG welding and sheet metal work
• Advanced knowledge of industrial systems: electrical plumbing mechanical high-pressure compressed gas hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to identify problems formulate solutions and execute them
• Ability to create and maintain project timelines priorities and goals
• Able to read follow and create documents schematics and blueprints
• Effective interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
• Vocational training apprenticeship or equivalent experience in a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD tools
• Demonstrated teamwork role-model behavior and ability to promote positive change

$32.00 - $40.00/hour
