Job Summary

The Manufacturing Engineer I supports production by improving processes increasing efficiency and ensuring product quality. This role helps develop and implement manufacturing solutions across various products.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing manufacturing processes tools and fixtures
• Help identify and resolve production issues defects and assembly challenges
• Conduct time studies and process analysis to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with engineering quality and production teams
• Use Power BI to analyze data identify trends and provide insights
• Track and report key metrics such as throughput efficiency downtime and quality
• Support continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methods
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Assist in selecting and qualifying new equipment and technologies
• Perform root cause analysis and support corrective actions

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Electrical Engineering or related field
• 12 years of manufacturing experience (LFA industry preferred)
• Basic knowledge of assembly testing and material handling processes
• Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g. SolidWorks AutoCAD) is a plus
• Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI preferred
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
