Job Summary
Requirements
- Have you supported electromechanical or electronics assembly processes
- Have you worked with soldering epoxy dispensing potting bonding fixtures tooling or assembly workstations
- Have you led NPI transfer from design into production
- Have you created PFMEAs control plans process flows work instructions and validation protocols
- Have you worked with IQ/OQ/PQ or process validation
- Have you worked under ISO 9001 or ISO 13485
- Have you solved a manufacturing problem using root cause/CAPA
- Have you supported automation or equipment-integration projects
- Have you experience with CAD tools especially SolidWorks
- Are you ITAR eligible
Required Skills:
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Operations Management Business or a related discipline preferred. Significant manufacturing leadership experience with progressive responsibility including experience leading an entire manufacturing facility. Demonstrated success improving operational performance productivity quality and profitability. Strong leadership coaching and team-building skills. Experience managing budgets financial performance and capital projects. Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lead change and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following manufacturing environments is a plus: Plastics Metal fabrication Automotive Packaging Consumer products Food manufacturing Industrial manufacturing Chemical processing Building products Medical device manufacturing What Youll Bring The ideal candidate is a visible hands-on leader who enjoys being on the production floor developing people solving problems and driving operational excellence.
