Job Summary
- Supporting daily manufacturing operations by troubleshooting production issues identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to improve safety quality and delivery
- Analyzing manufacturing data to identify trends recommend process improvements and support data-driven decision-making
- Developing maintaining and improving manufacturing documentation including work instructions process flows and fixture drawings
- Leading capital equipment projects to specify source qualify and implement new equipment and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and achieve organizational objectives
- Bachelors in engineering
- Zero (0) years of applicable experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- An ABET-accredited engineering degree in Mechanical Industrial or Manufacturingis preferred.
- Internship or Co-op experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies
- Data analysis capabilities using tools such as SQL Power BI and Minitab
