PAY RATE: $72.50/hour 4x10 (A shift: Sun-Wed B shift: Wed-Sat) must be willing to work 1st or 2nd shift

Summary:

• Lead and support manufacturing plans BOM work instructions and illustrations for as-built configuration
• Identify tooling requirements and process tooling orders based on manufacturing needs
• Investigate and resolve manufacturing related issues
• Collect data for producibility assessments of parts or product designs
• Develop work statements and sequencing with internal partners
• Review maintain and monitor internal documents
• Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches and processes
• Lead collaboration integration and Build Integration milestones across commodities
• Analyze design concepts and investigate alternative solutions for producibility requirements
• Resolve complex technical problems and provide guidance through mentoring

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR)
• Bachelors in Electrical Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
• 9 years related work experience
• Experience in Electrical Manufacturing Engineering role
• Experience in wire bundle fabrication wiring installation or electrical equipment installation
• 3 years leading a team (formal or informal)
• Experience leading cross-functional projects
• EDA tools experience (OrCAD Mentor Graphics Altium PSPICE) preferred
• Aircraft maintenance/modification experience preferred
• WIRS software experience preferred
