Manufacturing Associate Verona, MS

Location: Verona MS
Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour

Monday Thursday 6:00 AM 4:30 PM
Fridays & Saturdays as Needed Starting at 4:00 AM

Candidates must be available to work the regular MondayThursday schedule with additional Fridays and Saturdays as needed based on production demands.

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Manufacturing Associates to join our production team in Verona MS. Manufacturing Associates will support daily production operations in the Master Flux and Material Handling departments by assisting with machine operation assembly material movement and other manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys hands-on work works well in a team environment and can maintain a strong focus on safety quality and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

• Assist with daily manufacturing and production operations.
• Operate machinery and equipment as trained and directed.
• Assemble products and components according to production requirements.
• Move organize and stage materials throughout the production area.
• Perform frequent lifting carrying pushing and pulling of materials.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies procedures and production guidelines.
• Meet established production and quality expectations.
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors to keep production running efficiently.
• Perform additional manufacturing duties as assigned.

• Previous manufacturing production warehouse or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work including regular heavy lifting.
• Comfortable standing walking bending reaching and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work in warm industrial conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
