Were looking for a passionate and curious Manufacturing Associate I to join our team. As a Manufacturing Associate I at Just Evotec Biologic. youll have the freedom to ask the hard questions think outside the box and find creative solutions that push us forward. Its a role where your curiosity will fuel both your personal growth and the success of the team.

What Youll Do:

• Perform and monitor critical processes (i.e. Single use bioreactor operations perfusion chromatography product filtration and solution preparation)
• Supporting the introduction of new products and technologies into the facility
• Initiating non-conformances (NC)
• Execution of Electronic Batch Records (EBR) using Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
• Draft and revise Manufacturing Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures as necessary
• Support operations of glasswasher and autoclave
• Perform other duties as assigned

Who You Are:

• Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering; or
• Associates degree in science-related area and relevant experience; or
• High school diploma or GED and 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualification Requirements:

• Candidate must possess strong focus on right the first time and attention to detail
• Possess effective task/time management organizational skills
• Capacity to develop solutions to technical issues of moderate scope
• Ability to organize analyze/interpret and effectively communicate individual results
• Motivated self-starter with strong mechanical aptitude
• Good interpersonal team and communication skills are a must
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

The base pay range for this non-exempt position at commencement of employment is expected to be $22.00 -$25.00 hourly offered may vary depending on individuals skills experience and competitive market value.
