Job Summary

Explore a rewarding opportunity as a Manufacturing Assembler and Logistics Coordinator where your assembly skills and material handling expertise will support efficient manufacturing and warehouse operations.

In this role you will assemble products to specification while coordinating the safe movement staging and supply of materials to production areas. Your efforts will ensure smooth manufacturing workflows by transporting materials and finished goods organizing pallets supporting inventory and maintaining accurate material flow between warehouse and production.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate and assemble components following specifications and blueprints.
  • Operate assembly equipment and small machinery safely.
  • Inspect product quality and package finished goods and kits.
  • Meet daily production goals.
  • Coordinate the supply of raw materials to production areas.
  • Transport materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
  • Load and organize pallets efficiently.
  • Support inventory activities and maintain accurate material flow.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Report equipment issues or product defects.
  • Assist other departments as operational needs require.


Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to safely operate and/or become certified to operate material handling equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing walking bending and repetitive manual tasks throughout the workday.
