Drybaris looking for a hands-onSalon Managerto lead one of our Washington DC Virginia or Maryland locations. This is a working leadership role meaning youll coach and develop your team while stepping behind the chair when needed to support the business and deliver the exceptional service our guests expect.

What Youll Do

• Lead and develop a team of Stylists and Bartenders
• Create an engaging high-performing team culture
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience every day
• Support the team behind the chair during busy periods
• Oversee daily operations staffing scheduling and shop performance
• Drive retail sales memberships and operational excellence

What Youll Bring

• Active Cosmetology License
• Leadership experience in a salon or other service-based environment
• Strong blowout and styling skills
• Passion for coaching and developing others
• Excellent communication organizational and customer service skills
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Compensation & Perks
