Job Summary
MINIMUM REQUIRED
Education: Bachelors degree physical therapy occupational therapy or speech therapy.
Licensure: License eligible in the state of practice for Physical therapy Occupational therapy or Speech Therapy.
Experience: Five years Home Health experience required.
Certification/Registration: CPR
