Manager Raw Materials PlanningWe are seeking a Manager Raw Materials Planning to join our Procurement team. This position is responsible for ensuring our manufacturing operations have the right raw materials available at the right time while maintaining appropriate inventory levels and minimizing shortages and excess role will work closely with Procurement Manufacturing Supply Chain Finance and suppliers to forecast material needs manage inventory identify potential supply risks and support production Youll DoPlan and manage raw-material requirements to support manufacturing and production inventory levels and ensure materials are available when potential material shortages supplier constraints and other supply plans to prevent or minimize production and maintain appropriate safety stock reorder points lead times and other planning inventory and usage trends to identify opportunities to reduce excess and obsolete with Procurement and suppliers on material availability lead times capacity and delivery with Manufacturing and Operations to understand changing production priorities and material new products material changes product transitions and sourcing key metrics related to material availability inventory supplier performance and ERP/MRP systems and Excel to analyze material requirements and make planning continuous-improvement efforts related to material planning and inventory Were Looking ForBachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Operations Procurement or a related field preferred.5 years of experience in material planning supply planning procurement inventory management or a related supply-chain experience strongly working with ERP/MRP systems; Microsoft D365 experience is a Excel and analytical problem-solving and decision-making to work effectively across Procurement Manufacturing Operations and communication and organizational or team management experience This Role MattersThe Manager Raw Materials Planning plays an important role in keeping our manufacturing operations running efficiently.
